Once I have made a booking, how long will it take for my advert to appear in print?
In most cases within 48hours from the time the booking was placed, but the calendar booking screen will give you the first available insert date as some sections of the newspaper i.e. Homemaker are a weekly publication.
Can I cancel my booking?
Sorry but bookings cannot later be cancelled or amended online. Please ring 01642 252525 to speak to one of our sales staff.

Yes! The part of our website which asks for your payment details is encrypted, which means that your details cannot be viewed by anyone other than Barclays Bank who handle our online transactions.

Do I have to put my contact information in to the advert?
Your contact details are for administration purposes only, your phone number(s) will be replaced within the advert with a Safe & Protected number.
Safe & Protected with 07092. For your safety we are applying a security phone number on private advertising placed with us. This keeps your phone number private but still allows buyers to contact you directly. It also allows you to give us two contact numbers – ensuring potential buyers can always reach you. There is no charge to you, the advertiser, for this secure service.
Why do I need to provide my address?
Occasionally, it may be necessary for us to contact you in relation to your booking. We will not supply your details to other companies, or contact you about things other than those relating to your booking.
My advert does not appear to have been published , why?
In the unlikely event of your advert not being published, you are best advised to contact us either by completing the feedback form on the website, or by calling us on 01642 252525, so that it can be fully investigated.
I am having technical difficulties with the website , such as error messages and broken links. What should I do?
There could be a number of reasons behind this, which we will need to look in to. Please contact us using the feedback form, providing as much detail as you can about the problem.
